At SWPI we are passionate about empowering businesses with innovative technology. Founded in the year 1961 seeing opportunities afforded by India’s having adopted the metric system in 1958. Our journey began with a simple idea: Providing accuracy in weighing systems throughout the world. What we do
We specialize in manufacturing of Test Weights, Standard Weights and Calibration Weights with exceptional accuracy across a wide range from 50g to 1000kg and 4-oz to 2000-lb. From standard weights to custom calibration solutions, every product we manufacture is built to comply with strict international standards such as OIML B.I.S, B.O.T, S.A.B.S, N.S.C and A.S.T.M. We use only premium-grade materials and follow rigorous quality control processes to ensure long-lasting performance and precision. Our in-house calibration laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 demonstrating our technical competence and commitment to maintaining the highest standards in calibration and measurement.
SWPI has been following the specifications of OIML since 1971.A sample of our weight set was submitted to OIML, the apex body of weights & measures, who appreciated the same vide their letter dated 03rd August, 1973.
OIML has recognized us as one of the supplier of Cast Iron Weights and has published our name under the heading of suppliers of cast iron weights of OIML specifications in their publications of guides (G 12 - Suppliers of verification equipment) published in Mars, 1987.
